Service Description
Are you looking to get in the best shape possible or simply just want to get back to a healthy routine, but you'd prefer to not go it alone? Group warrior strength training at Complete Warrior Fitness might be just what you need! Of course, you're never alone when you have your coach in your corner, but sometimes it can be more fun and rewarding to train alongside a fellow warrior or two. Having that extra dose of accountability with a training partner is great, and you can burn those pesky calories as a real warrior team. The group strength training program is flexible and offers strength, high intensity interval training, movement based exercises, and other options for its participants based on need and interest.
